Where we deliver to: New Zealand and China Mainland Only

We deliver to all residential, rural, and business addresses throughout New Zealand. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery fees:
NZ Wide Courier (Non Rural) $8.99
NZ Wide Courier (Rural) $15.99

China Wide courier $10
Orders over $150 are delivered for FREE (excludes bulk shipments)

Expected Dispatch time:
Under normal circumstances (excluding holidays and peak season demand) orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Courier delivery time frames:
Auckland Metro, Waikato, Bay Of Plenty: Same or next day delivery
Lower North Island: Next day delivery
South Island: 2 day delivery (road)
Rural deliveries take an additional 2-3 working days approx from rural delivery drop off point (this may vary dependent on location).

Delivery Updates and Tracking:
You will receive an email update with a courier tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment so if you have not received a confirmation within this time frame please email ASAP and quote your order number.

Grace & Co. does not accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. We recommend that if you are at work during the day you should have your parcel delivered to your work address.

Combining orders:
If you forgot to add something to an order the best thing to do is make another order, right away, and mark it for “combined shipping”. Please put a note of your previous order number. If your previous order has already left you will need to pay an additional courier fee so please check the status of your previous order first. Note that at peak times we may not be able to combine orders.

Delivery terms and conditions:
A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by our chosen courier company. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. You may or may not be asked for a signature on delivery.
All items purchased from Grace & Co. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, we may have to charge an additional re-delivery fee.

Collecting your order:
Pickup is by appointment only. Depending on demand please allow up to 24 hours for us to pick your order. We will always email you as soon as your order is ready to collect, to avoid disappointment please wait for the confirmation email that your order is “ready to collect” before you come in.
